Because technology advances so fast, the offline world has not kept up
with it's pace.
I think that this year, there will be some more changes.
The fact that facebook is blocked from Municipal city hall offices,
shows that facebook is not fully understood. It's a commo tool to communicate quickly, it's faster than email...
but only when everyone is using it.
If 1 person in the office is not using facebook, then communications
doesn't work.
It's like everyone has their own email address, and before that,
everyone has their own phone extention #.
That allows for communication. The reason there is sometimes a loudspeaker, is because if not
everyone has a cellphone, it's not a common denominator. An efficient company, would allow everyone to have their own
cellphone, and have their own facebook connection.
... but the key to it is that EVERYONE in the office needs to be on
the same system.
The more people, if the entire company (all employees) has the same
system, then it work
